My saves are missing
Make sure you're signed in to Plumly with the same Apple ID you used originally. If you recently changed Apple IDs, your saves are still tied to the previous account.
The Upcoming Events shelf is empty
Plumly looks up events using artists from your Apple Music, recent listening, Shazam library, and artists you've added manually. Make sure at least one of those is connected and you've granted Location so we can search your city. You can also add artists manually under Settings → Music → Add artists manually.
Brain dump didn't capture what I said
Tap and hold the + button to start recording, speak, then release. You'll see your transcript before it's processed — you can edit it there if Apple's speech recognition misheard you.
A screenshot was classified wrong
Open the save and tap the category badge to recategorize. Plumly will remember and use your correction.
I want to delete my account
Settings → Account → Delete account. This wipes your local data and all backend records.
I think I found a bug
Email it to me directly. Include a screenshot if you can, and tell me what iPhone you're on. I read everything myself and reply within 24 hours.
